Our seamless fiberglass cloth coated PTFE tapes (seamless tapes) have a smooth surface and are specially designed for the mechanical strength required by the bonding and lamination industry. Its non-stick surface, thermal transfer and high temperature resistance properties ensure smooth bonding and lamination of woven and nonwoven materials. We have developed a series of Fusing/ Laminating machine belts specially designed for the textile and garment industry. Our seamless machine belts can be matched with well-known bonding machine equipment at home and abroad, such as Hashima, Xinhua, etc.

Available Belt Types of PTFE Teflon Laminating Belts:

• Seamless machine belt: based on seamless glass fiber cloth or Kevlar material, coated with high-quality PTFE resin;
• Seamed machine belt: made of seamed high-strength glass fiber yarn or Kevlar, and impregnated with PTFE resin;
• Double-layer composite machine belt: It is made of high-light glass fiber yarn or Kevlar braided and impregnated with PTFE resin by a unique process. The joint is flat, the walking stability is good, and it is not easy to deviate.

Q: How to order samples?
A: We can provide FREE samples,but you need to afford the freight. If you place an order next time, we will return the samples freight to you.

Q: What about the raw material you use?
A: We use imported fiberglass from Taiwan and the PTFE resin is imported from Daikin and DuPont.

Q: Do you have the specific QC department?
A: Of course we have the specific QC department. Our company applies strict quality control system and service system. Once goods are finished, we will offer you the QC report with photos for your reference.

Q: What about the warranty?
A: We are quite confident in our products. We have special quality control department who will 100% check each goods before shipment,and we can assure you all the goods sent out are in good conditions.

When customers receive the goods in 15 days, if unfortunately, there occurs broken ones, please tell us and show us the detailed proof so we can check it and give certain replacement in the next order.
