PTFE Teflon conveyor belts are divided into two types: PTFE Teflon Open mesh belt and PTFE Teflon fiberglass fabric belt. Both are based on glass fiber fabric coated with PTFE (Teflon®) resin to make the base fabric of PTFE Teflon conveyor belt. Among them, the specification of PTFE Teflon open mesh conveyor belt is defined by the size of the mesh, mainly 1 ×1MM, 2×2.5MM, 4×4MM, 10×10MM and other meshes, and according to the warp and weft, there are single-weft and double-weft PTFE Teflon open mesh conveyor belts. PTFE Teflon fiberglass fabric conveyor belt is based on different specifications of thickness, the thinnest can reach 0.08 MM.
